Build a comprehensive platform for the procurement of non-tobacco materials

Guangxi China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. is directly under the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (China National Tobacco Corporation). In 2015, the company explored online procurement. For meeting the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, Guangxi China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. took hands with Sunyur to build an "Internet + procurement" comprehensive SaaS platform with independent intellectual property rights in the tobacco industry, so as to achieve whole-process information operation, whole-link traceability,data visual analysis and display,and to improve the purchasing management level of the company.

The project was officially launched on May 30, 2019. For project phase one the platform was connected with JD.com and pushed more than 140000 mall commodities,which created a Characteristic poverty alleviation  procurement channel and joint procurement channel becoming an innovative pioneer in the transformation of traditional procurement.

Digital procurement with whole-process traceability promotes management upgrading

Ningbo Huaxiang is a multinational group company founded in 1988 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2005. It specializes in the design, development, production, sales and after-sales service of medium and high-end passenger car parts. It has more than 60 production bases and 3 regional research and development centers around the world,and has more than 15000 employees. Due to the large number of subsidiaries, the procurement demands were scattered and the process was not smooth.

On May 10, 2019, Sunyur launched its smart purchasing middle platform project.With efficient SaaS application, Huaxiang's purchasing business was traced throughout the process, and the purchase and supply coordination was realized efficiently,which promoted the digital transformation of its purchasing business. Now it has connected more than 5000 suppliers and 7 categories of commodities have been online.
